At Spensa Technologies we are committed to customer service. Z-Traps from Spensa Technologies come with a one-year limited warranty. The following sections describe the limited warranty policy.
What is covered by this warranty?
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the end-user customer’s Spensa Technologies Z-Trap products.
What is not covered by this warranty?
This limited warranty does not cover:
Spensa Technologies' responsibility for malfunctions and defects in hardware is limited to repair and replacement as set forth in this warranty statement. We do not accept liability beyond the remedies provided for in this warranty or for consequential or incidental damages, including, without limitation, any liability for third-party claims against you for damages, for products not being available for use, or for lost data or lost software. Our liability will be no more than the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of a claim.
How long does this warranty last?
The warranty begins from the date of shipment located on your invoice. The limited warranty on the Z-Trap lasts one year. The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a product or parts. Spensa Technologies may change the availability of limited warranties, at its discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
What do I do if I need warranty service?
To obtain service on your Spensa Technologies Z-Trap, you will need to email our Customer Service Department at [email protected]. You will need to provide the trap barcode number in the email in order to facilitate your service. A technician will review the problem and provide instructions on a next step in the warranty process. If the device must be returned for repair or replacement an RMA number will be provided that will need to be visible on the box that the Z-Trap is returned in.
How will warranty be administered?
We will repair or replace any Spensa Technologies Z-Trap products returned to us that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship within the first year of use. If we are not able to repair the product, we will replace it with a comparable product that is new or refurbished. The customer is responsible for shipping the claimed unit back to Spensa Technologies. Devices should be returned with the RMA number clearly visible on the the box to 1281 Win Hentschel Blvd. West Lafayette, IN 47906 ATTN: Warranty Service. We will return the repaired or replacement products at no charge. If we determine that the problem is not covered under this warranty we will notify you and inform you of service alternatives that are available to you on a fee basis.
